My franchise consulting services are centered on assisting sellers exiting the Rita's Italian Ice system find qualified buyers. At the same time, I recruit buyers who wish to enter into the franchise arena by purchasing a Rita's Italian Ice store.

I meet with the current franchisee, the seller, to determine a selling price, a marketing strategy and assist them with the information needed to sell their store to a potential buyer.

I assist the buyer through the Rita's application process, arrange face to face meetings with the seller, supply them with the information needed to make a fair offer and assist them through the remaining steps once the offer is accepted by the seller.

My services are provided to both the seller and the buyer to conduct a seamless transition for all parties.

I am constantly taking names of individuals who wish to purchase an existing Rita's store and who want to investigate owning a franchise.
